The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith:
- Jesse Escamilla Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Erik Jermaine Fields pled guilty to the felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jasmine Dezarea Cobbin pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Cobbin on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Also, Cobbin pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Justin Cougar Storey, on probation for the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Logan Andrew Brandstetter, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled-Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Roberto Martinez Sanchez pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- John Wesley Breedlove II, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Ryan Brown, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft of Firearm, was revoked and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Nicole Laureles aka Lancaster, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Trent Duffer, on probation for the state jail felony offense, of Possession of a Controlled, was revoked and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
