The Brownwood Fire Department, Brownwood Police Department and Lifeguard EMS responded to a house fire in the 1800th block of 4th Street shortly before 3 p.m. Monday afternoon.
The inside of the home suffered significant damage, but no injuries were reported. An investigation into the cause of the fire was underway as of 3:30 p.m.
