- On Wednesday, Jan. 12, Deputy Joe Thomas was dispatched to a report of a Burglary. Complainant advised an unknown person(s) forced entry into his residence and stole a television. A report was made.
- On Wednesday, Jan. 12, Deputy Chris Angel, was dispatched to Walnut Street. This was in reference to possible illegal dumping. Angel was advised of subjects dumping concrete and cinder blocks on the property. At this time there was no offense, and a report was taken.
- On Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 4:26 p.m., Sgt Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to 1050 W Commerce, Law Enforcement Center. This was in regard to a scam. Upon arrival, Bastardo spoke with the complainant. The complainant advised she received a call from an individual, who stated she had warrants. The complainant advised they paid the individual using prepaid cards and Apple Pay. Information was gathered and a report was taken.
- On Thursday, Jan. 13 at about 5:54 p.m., Deputy Byron Langley, arrived at CR 180 in Bangs, TX. This was in regard to animal cruelty. Langley spoke to a complainant, who stated her neighbor has two donkeys, which have overgrown hoofs.
