The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Sara Duncan pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Kelsey Brown, on probation for the felony offenses of Evading Arrest with Vehicle, was revoked and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Brown pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Also, Brown pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft of a Firearm and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Joe Waylon Bush pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Charles Hull pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Kenney Craney, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Javan Lee Wilson pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Marcus Burnett, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Bobbie Darlene Wynne, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
