Steven loved all kinds of music and collecting small-scale cars that he would find at flea markets.  He also raised ducks and chickens.

Steven is survived by his wife, Lisa Montgomery Mullins of Novice; four children, Leigh Anne Smart of Comanche, Sarah Matthews of Denton, Racheal Sedmack of Howe, Casey Taylor; four brothers and sisters, Debbie Berger of McKinney, Jimmy Mullins of Southmayd, Sherry Winton of Southmayd and Barbi Thomas of Sherman.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, DeLaney, Maddie, Colton, Morgan, Blair, Brynnleigh, Ayla, Michael, George, Rylie; two great grandchildren, Eva and Luca and several nieces and nephews, including Jeffrey and Jerrikka.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Wayne Mullins.

At this time, no services are planned.  Steven’s body has been donated to the Willed Body Program at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Memorial donations in memory of Steven may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 or to the Brain Injury Association of America, P.O. Box 7416, Merrifield, VA 22116-7416.
