BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons were handed a straight-set home loss by Millsap in District 8-3A volleyball action Saturday.

Maggie Morales led Bangs with seven kills followed by two each from Jadyn Miller and Jacee Miller.

Laynie Evans dished out six assists trailed by Hadley King with three and Neeley Bradley with one.

Bradley served three aces, Jacee Miller contributed two and Julianna Ethridge, Wipada Pakaew and Jadyn Miller added one apiece.

Defensively, Jacee Miller logged 12 digs followed by Evans with six, Morales with five, Raylee Hutchins with four, Ethridge, Pakaew, King and McKenzie Hughes with three each, and Bradey and Jadyn Miller with one apiece.

At the net, Morales, Bradley, Jacee Miller and Rachel Solis registered one block each.

Bangs (11-11, 1-6) will return to the court at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday as they welcome Peaster.
