- On Friday, September 24, Deputy Mason Fabbiani responded to the 7100 block of Belfast in regards to an Unwanted Person. The subject was located, and a Criminal Trespass Warning was issued to him for the property. It was also discovered the subject was trespassing on another property, which he already had a Criminal Trespass Warning for. The subject was arrested and brought to the Brown County Jail.
- On Friday, September 24, Deputy Andre Smoot responded to an assault call. Once on scene, photographs were obtained, and a report was completed for further investigation. Suspect was gone prior to arrival and was not located this day.
- On Friday, September 24, while deputies were looking for a subject, due to an assault, Deputy Mason Fabbiani saw a wanted subject. The subject escaped on foot through a patch of trees. While searching the area it was discovered a bicycle, which belonged to someone else, was on the property even though that subject was in jail. It was determined the wanted subject stole the bicycle, and it has been taken as evidence. A report has been made.
- On Friday, September 24, Deputy Andre Smoot observed suspect force his way into a locked and secured door, only accessible by key fob. The suspect later walked out with another deputy behind him. The suspect admitted to knowing it was a secured area not accessible to the public and is being charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass.
- On Saturday, September 25, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to the Brown County Jail. This was in regard to a fight between inmates. One subject did have injuries, but refused medical. Neither subject wished to pursue any charges. A report has been made.
- On Saturday, September 25, Deputy Andre Smoot responded to a domestic at the Cannon Court Apartment’s in Bangs, Texas. Once on scene, it was determined the suspect was asked to move out due to her behavior and started punching others in the apartment. The suspect was arrested on 2 counts of Assault Family Violence and transported to jail.
- On Saturday, September 25, Deputy Nicolas A. Wood, responded to Hendrick Urgent Care Clinic. This was in reference to a dog bite, which occurred out in the county.
- On Saturday, September 25, at approximately 10:56 p.m. Deputy Nicolas A. Wood, initiated a traffic stop on a red Ford passenger car. This was for Failure to Dim High Beam Headlights. The odor of marijuana was detected while speaking with the operator of the vehicle. An investigation was conducted.
- On Saturday, September 25, Deputy Toby Mathis, met with an individual at the request of Leander PD. The individual had been the victim of a domestic, and left Leander to get away from a male. Information was gathered and report was made for Leander PD.
- On Sunday, September 26, Deputy Toby Mathis, conducted a traffic stop on a reckless driver, who was called in for driving on the wrong side of a divided highway. The driver was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated after an investigation. A report was made.
- On Sunday, September 26, a male was issued a trespass warning for Big G Grocery located at N US Highway 279.
- On Sunday, September 26, at around 1850 hours, Deputy Carlyle Gover and Deputy Nicholas Wood arrived at West Hall in Bangs, Texas. This was in reference to an unwanted person. After serving a trespass warning, the unwanted person was dropped off at a nearby location. A report was made.
- On Sunday, September 26, Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, responded to an unwanted person on Donegal Drive. A trespass warning was issued, as well as a report for terroristic threat, which had been made by phone earlier in the day.
- On Sunday, September 26, at approximately 9:36 p.m. Deputy Nicolas A. Wood was dispatched to S US 377. This was in reference to a domestic assault, which had occurred earlier in the day at a location out in the county. An investigation was conducted.
