- On Wednesday, September 22 at about 10:12a.m., Deputy Byron Langley, spoke with a victim by phone. This was in regards to a theft. The victim stated he had paid a suspect a $1,000, by Venmo deposit, to use a wedding venue for Saturday, September 25. The victim stated he found out the owner sold the venue and refuses to give back his money for the deposit.
- On Wednesday, September 22 at around 1:05 p.m., Deputy Carlyle Gover responded to E Hall St. in Bangs. This was in reference to a wallet found on the side of the road. After further investigation, the wallet was secured at the law enforcement center until contact with the owner is made.
- On Wednesday, September 22, Deputy Joe Thomas responded to a report of Identity Theft. The complainant advised she had lost her Valero gas card and now an unknown person(s) was using the card. A report was made.
- On Thursday, September 23, Deputy Chris Angel responded to 7112 Belfast Drive. This was in reference to an unwanted person. Angel made contact with an individual, who stated she did not want a man on her property, due to previous problems. The man was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning, per the request of the individual, for this property.
