Kenneth “Fuzzy” Fletcher, age 72 of Bangs, TX passed away Wednesday, September 8th, 2021. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Monday September 13th at the Heartland Funeral Home in Early. Funeral service will be 10 am Tuesday, September 14th at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow on the family ranch at KABB Land Boothill Cemetery, 7068 CR 259, Cameron, TX 76520.

Kenneth was born Tuesday, January 11, 1949 in Brownwood to Ray and Betty Fletcher. He graduated from the Bangs High School. Kenneth was blessed with 2 children, Mike and Jennifer. He is known for being an avid antiquer and junk collector. Kenneth worked at the Brown Co Cattle Auction, as a horse trader and known for being the best cattleman around. Kenneth was a simple man who cared better for his loving dog “BB”, than himself. He was hard headed, stubborn, quick-witted and funny. His children will always remember him for being generous, kind, sweet, strong and brave.

Kenneth is survived by his son, Mike Fletcher and wife Ashley of Cameron, TX, daughter Jennifer Brothers and husband Christopher of Stephenville, TX; grandsons, Justin and Jordan Smith of Cameron, TX; great grandson Jayden Smith of Cameron, TX; and his longtime companion “BB”.

He is preceded in death by his father Virgil Ray Fletcher; mother Thelma Betty Fletcher; spouse Paula Smith; and grandmother Ida Fletcher.

Online condolences, memories and tributes can be made to the family at www.heartlandfuneralhome.net.
