The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Pablo Celedon II pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Celedon, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
- Brandon Tyler Valdez, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Bobby Preston Evans, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Vehicle, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Anthony Michael Deluca, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years. Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Mason Fuller Carpenter, on probation for the state jail felony offense of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Dexter Bolds, on probation for the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
