Tony Dale Benson pled guilty to the felony offense of Stalking and was sentenced 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Kolton Reeves pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Reeves, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Richard Paul Fields pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as Sex Offender and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Russell Owen Osbourn pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Osbourn, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
