Roland Floyd Dodd Muller, 64, of Brownwood, Texas, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021. He was born January 12, 1957, in Brownwood.
Roland attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas, the University of Dallas, and the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in Dallas.
Roland served as vice president, engineering, for Graphic Equipment Southwest Inc. and Komori Web Inc. in Dallas. He also worked in career services and managed a printing company in Denton. Since 2010, he has served as project manager for Vemco Properties, a Brownwood real estate company.
Roland enjoyed a wide range of hobbies and personal activities, including sailing, scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and wildlife photography. He also loved working on cars and trucks.
He was preceded in death by his birth father, Roland Dodd; his adopted father, Richard Muller; and his brother, Jimmy Muller.
Roland is survived by his mother, Evelyn Muller of Austin; daughter, Ashley Wilson of Celina, Texas; son, Chris Garcia of Aubrey, Texas; brother, Bruce Muller of San Antonio; and sister, Debra Muller Price of Austin. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Alexi Wilson, Kaylie Wilson, and Blake Wilson. Roland adored his dogs, Duchess and Opie, who survive him as well.
A Graveside Service for Roland will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
