The 57th Brown County Rodeo, slated for June 3-5, will also feature the third annual Market & Trade Days at the Brown County Fairgrounds, which will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 4 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 5.

The Market &Trade Days have already attracted the maximum number of vendors for the space available. Vendors from throughout the area, as well as statewide, will be providing an opportunity to sip, shop, and dine during rodeo weekend.

Among the more notable vendors are The Midnight Munch, Spirit of Texas Winery, and Heirlooms Handmade Jewelry.

The Midnight Munch is “a family owned food trailer, ready to serve your next event,” according to its Facebook page, which goes on to say, “With our delicious spin on traditional comfort food, you’ll be ready to ‘keep on munchin’!” Items on their menu include the Thick Chick Sandwich, Big Popper Tacos, and The ‘Ooey Gooey’ Grilled Cheese.

Spirit of Texas Winery, located south of Early, is a small family owned winery and vineyard that opened in April 2017. According to its Facebook page, “Our tag line is ‘Come Relax & UnWINEd with Us!’ We hope that you enjoy the winery as much as we do!”

Heirlooms Handmade Jewelry is featured in boutiques such as Earth & Noble in downtown Brownwood and Woven Roots in Comanche. The jewelry is made by Shannon Sims and her mother Sarah Higgins. According to the official website, Sims says, “My goal is to provide reasonable, fashionable, and unique natural handmade jewelry for my friends and family to love.”

Other on-site vendors for the Market &Trade Days include Brownwood Nutrition, Blue Duck Winery, Go West Boutique, Forsan Oil Patch Salsa, Blossom at the Seams, Cowhide & Canvas, Bling Queen Boutique, Chicken Sushi Designs, Mica’s Nail Addiction & Sweet Southern Nails with Shaina, Designs by Shawnell, Buckin’ Good Barbecue, Happy Camper Creations, Little Bits O’ Love, Junkettes, Brittle Twin Candies, Hollylocks Decor and Gifts, Eagle Shadow Trading Post, Retired Leather Cowboy, Grit and Grace Boutique, Scentsy, The Rustic Leopard Gift Shop, Texas Sawdust and Paint, and Brazos Farm & Mercantile.

More information on the rodeo and the events held in conjunction will appear in the coming days here at BrownwoodNews.com.
