On Wednesday, April 21 at approximately 6:45 a.m. Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to CR 554 in Brownwood. This was in reference to a missing person report and investigation.
On Wednesday, April 21 at about 10:10 a.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at FM 1849 in Brownwood. This was in regards to a hit and run.
On Wednesday, April 21 at 2:17 p.m. Deputy Carlyle James Gover arrived at Belfast Drive. This was in reference to theft of metals on the property. After further investigation a report was made.
On Wednesday, April 21 at 10:15 p.m. Deputy Carlyle James Gover conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of US 183 North and Farm to Market Road 1467. This was for a lighting violation. The driver had an invalid license. He had been previously convicted multiple times for driving with an invalid license. The driver was placed into custody for driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction. While the vehicle was inventoried for the driver’s arrest, pipes with methamphetamine residue, as well as a syringe with liquid methamphetamine, was found in the vehicle. The driver was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 SJF and Driving While License Invalid, MB.
On Thursday, April 22, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was notified of an inmate who had broken a jail phone. A report has been made.
On Thursday, April 22 at about 10:26 a.m. Deputy Byron Langley, spoke with a victim by phone, who stated a suspect refused to give him a golf club he paid for.
On Thursday, April 22 at 3:50 p.m. Deputy Carlyle James Gover followed up on a fraud claim to obtain unemployment benefits, which occurred in the county. A report was made.
On Thursday, April 22 Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to an address on Donegal Drive. This was in regards to a bullet hole in his residence. No injuries were reported at this time. A report has been made.
On Thursday, April 22 Deputy Joe Thomas was dispatched to a report of a Civil Matter. After further investigation, the victim stated he had been assaulted. A report was made.
