The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 1 at Wiggins Park on Victoria Street in Brownwood.

Local Brownwood group, Strategic Alliance for Leadership and Social Action (SALSA), is sponsoring a Cinco de Mayo celebration that will feature food, music, games, vendors, a car show, a college fair, and a health fair. SALSA will award scholarships to 7 local graduating high school seniors, and will also announce Trailblazer nominees for its yearly October event.
