
According to the official Bluebonnet Relays results, the Early Longhorns won the Class A-3A small school division, while the Lady Horns missed out on a title by two points, finishing just behind Eastland. Also, the Bangs Lady Dragons placed third as a team and the Dragons come in fourth place.
The Longhorns produced 130 points to finished ahead of Eastland (107), Whitney (105), and Bangs (89) among others.
On the girls side, the Lady Horns finished with 139 points to Eastland’s 141, while the Lady Dragons amassed 125 points.
The following are student-athletes from Early and Bangs who contributed to their team’s respective point total Friday:
Early Longhorns
FIRST: Alex Jacobs in the 200 meters (23.57), Ethan Mitchell in the high jump (6-0), Vic Cooper in the triple jump (41-11)
