The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District County by Judge Mike Smith:
- Jerry Doyle Marney pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Joshua Stovall, on probation for the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Delivers, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Xavier Scott Martinez, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Fletcher Nathaniel Liggin pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest – Prior Conviction and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- John Mark Moore pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
