The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray recently issued the following press release regarding cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith:
- DJ Lloyd Hickman, on probation for the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Tyler Ray Glass pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Glass, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jesus Rodriguez Jr. pled guilty to the felony offenses of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced-Disaster Area and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Billy Joe Bright, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Neri Jimenez-Herrera pled guilty to the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Nicholas Mayon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
