Shari L. Bigger, 60, passed away on January 1, 2021 in Abilene, Texas. Shari was born November 10, 1960 in Waco, Texas to William F. and Janet D. Schutz. She was proceeded in death by her father, mother, and oldest sister Sandra Taylor. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Gary Bigger, sisters Susan Hatfield, Lisa Wofford and husband Benton, sister in laws Debbie Holland and Linda Nyquist, brothers Randy Schutz and wife Latresa, Scott Schutz and wife Valerie, and brother in law Ronald Taylor.
Shari’s wit and infectious laugh will be missed by all that knew her. She would try to find humor in just about every situation.
As a painter, Shari would capture the vibrant colors of her subjects, mainly animals and birds, which she so dearly loved. She would always find compassion in her heart for all animals as they would sit and “pose” for her to paint. Her compassion always translated to the canvas of her paintings.
An avid Dallas Stars fan, she would faithfully watch every game possible to root for her team. She was there when they would lose, but relished in a win.
A memorial service will be forthcoming.
