The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding:
- Brandon Wayne Horton pled guilty to the felony offenses of Theft, Burglary of Building, Theft-Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Shanna Lynn Willboren aka Shanna Lynn Willborn pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further the defendant pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Michael Dwayne Smith, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Larry James Bryant Jr., on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Gage Woodcock pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
