On Friday, Oct. 30 at about 2:25 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center located at 1050 W. Commerce in Brownwood. This was in regards to a theft. Langley spoke to the victim who stated a suspect had entered her residence, while she was asleep, and taken her Dish Satellite Box and remote.
On Friday, Oct. 30, Deputy Mason Fabbiani noticed a vehicle making multiple lane changes with no blinker, following other vehicles too closely, revving his engine at stop lights, and crossing solid white no passing lines at intersections. A traffic stop was performed in the United parking lot. After investigation, an individual was placed in custody for Driving While license Invalid W/Previous Convictions, Reckless Driving, Open Container, Minor in Possession, and Minor in Consumption. A report has been made.
On Friday, Oct. 30, Deputy Toby Mathis was dispatched to Blue Quail Dr. This was for a report of a dog being possible shot. The dog did have an injury, but no exit wound was found. A report was made.
On Saturday, Oct. 31 at 5:01 p.m. Corporal Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to Beach Club Rd. in Brownwood. This was in regards to a suspicious activity. Upon arrival, Bastardo spoke with an individual who said she located some licenses plates on her property, which didn’t belong to her. After further investigation a found property report was taken.
On Saturday, Oct. 31 at 6:18 p.m., Deputy CJ Gover was dispatched to Park Road 15. This was for a physical domestic in progress. The victim and suspect were interviewed and witness statements from witnesses were taken. The suspect was arrested to prevent further family violence. A report was made.
On Sunday, Nov. 1 at 1:24 a.m. Deputy CJ Gover, along with other deputies, were dispatched to Parsons Ave in May. This was in regards to a group of people fighting. After further investigation, a report was made for an assault.
