Katelyn Windham led the Lady Lions with 12 kills trailed by Jaylen Savage and Kylie Morris with eight each, Olivia Fowler with six, Tessa Goodwin with three and Ashlyn Storm with two.
Goodwin tallied 33 assists while Fowler and Kassidy Wooten chipped in one apiece.
Fowler served seven aces followed by Windham with three, Caitlyn Moody with a pair and Morris, Goodwin and Wooten with one each.
Defensively, Moody logged 26 digs trailed by Morris with 13, Goodwin with eight, Becca Church with seven, Fowler and Wooten with six each, Windham with three and Storm with two.
At the net, Savage registered seven blocks, Fowler added four, Storm and Windham finished with two apiece and Goodwin and Morris recorded one each.
Brownwood (11-7, 5-2) will visit Stephenville (23-4, 6-1) – which defeated Lampasas Tuesday night – at 5:30 p.m. Friday needing a win to force a tie for the 6-4A championship. The Lady Lions would then enter the playoffs as the district’s No. 1 seed having swept Stephenville. With a loss, Brownwood will be the No. 2 seed out of District 6-4A.
