On Friday, Oct. 16 at 10:13 a.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at the roadside park located in the 7400 block of South U.S. 183 near Zephyr. This was in regards to illegal dumping. Langley observed two large pillars on the side of the roadway inside the park, which had been left by someone.
On Friday, Oct. 16 at about 2:39 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley spoke with a victim who stated he had loaned his vehicle to a suspect about a month ago, and she is refusing to return the vehicle.
On Friday, Oct. 16 at approximately 3:25 p.m. Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to the TR Havins Unit in Brownwood. This was in reference to a found property report.
On Friday, Oct. 16 Deputy Joe Thomas and Deputy C.J. Gover were dispatched to a report of disorderly conduct. Complainant advised her cousin slashed a tire on her car during an argument. A report was made.
On Saturday, Oct. 17 at about 11:37 a.m. Deputy Byron Langley spoke to victim who stated her boyfriend had attempted contact with her, by phone, while an Emergency Protective Order was in effect.
On Saturday, Oct. 17 at approximately 1:16 p.m. Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to Brownwood Sandy Beach RV Park. This was in reference to a disorderly conduct report and investigation.
On Saturday, Oct. 17 at about 2:27 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at CR 543 in Brownwood. This was in regards to a stolen vehicle. Langley spoke to a victim who stated a suspect had taken his vehicle without his consent.
On Saturday, Oct. 17 at 5:16 p.m. an abandoned white Ford Van was found on the side of the roadway. The vehicle was towed and a report was made.
On Sunday, Oct. 18 at about 12:06 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at Claudett Dr. in Brownwood. This was in regards to a burglary. Langley spoke to a victim who stated someone had busted the latch to his storage building and taken his property.
On Sunday, Oct. 18 at 2:22 p.m. Corporal Jayson Bastardo and Deputy Byron Langley were dispatched to Comanche Dr. in May. This was in regards to a domestic disturbance. Bastardo spoke with an individual who advised she and her ex-boyfriend got into a verbal domestic. After further investigation a trespass warning was issued and report was taken.
On Sunday, Oct. 18 at about 3:41 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley arrived at the Simpson Dairy located at CR 381 in Brownwood. This was in regards to a stolen vehicle. Langley spoke to a victim who stated someone had taken a vehicle without his consent.
