On Sunday, Sept. 27 at approximately 5:29 a.m. while on uniformed patrol in a marked Brown County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit, Deputy M. Davis was dispatched to a motorist assist. Upon arrival, it was determined the motorist assist was in fact an abandoned vehicle, which was left in the roadway.
On Monday, Sept. 28, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was informed of a walk in subject, who wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued to an ex-fiancé for a previous Domestic Violence Report. The other subject came to Brown County Sheriff’s Office and stated he is supposed to be living on the property. A report has been made.
On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Lt. Pete Bastardo met with an individual at the Brown County Law Enforcement Center. This was in regards to credit card abuse. A suspect was identified.
On Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 7:23 p.m., Corporal Jayson Bastardo was dispatched a credit or debit card abuse call, which could be handled by public service. Bastardo spoke with an individual who advised purchases were made on his debit card without his permission. A report was taken.
