On Monday, Sept. 28, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 13 positive COVID-19 test results, 74 negatives, and 15 recoveries. Of the 13 positives, 10 was PCR, and 3 were antigen. There is currently zero hospitalized in Brown County.
