BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons came up on the short end of a three-set District 8-3A volleyball decision against Brock Saturday.

Standouts for Bangs included Maggie Morales with two kills and three blocks; Cloie Montague with four kills and two blocks; Skylar Hutchins with 10 digs; Brooklyn Mullins with three kills and two blocks; and Madi Martin with five digs.

Bangs is now 2-4 in district and 5-8 for the season, and will travel to Eastland at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

In other District 8-3A volleyball action, the Early Lady Horns fell in straight sets at home to Eastland Friday, 25-21, 26-24, 25-15.

Early is now 6-8 on the season and 1-5 in district action. The Lady Horns will visit Millsap at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
