The office of district attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases that was recently held in 35th District Court, with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding:
Leonard Morin pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Dustin Scott Atkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
