BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons’ three-match win streak came to a close Saturday with a three-set home loss to Jim Ned.
“The girls played really hard and we’re improving in every game,” said Bangs second-year head coach Cheyanne Lovelady. “I’m excited to start district Tuesday.”
Brooklyn Mullins led the Lady Dragons with six kills and three blocks, Maggie Morales also contributed three blocks, Skylar Hutchins recorded 13 digs, Madi Martin finished with seven digs and Hadley King served two aces.
Bangs (3-4) opens District 8-3A action at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday with a visit from Millsap.
