August session of Brown County Grand Jury indicts 29

The August session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned 48 true bills against 29 individuals. Those indicted are as follows:

* Brandon Wayne Horton – 2 counts of burglary of a building, disaster area enhancement; 1 count of theft, disaster area enhancement

* Bradley Ryan Horton – 2 counts of burglary of a building, disaster area enhancement, state jail felony enhancement

* Jesse Leon Hyden – Deadly conduct

* David Wayne Speegle – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Tony Dale Benson – Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence repeat/habitual offender

* Robert Michael Benson—Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence

* Mathew Guerra aka Matthew Guerra – 1 count of Evading arrest repeat offender; 1 count of felon in possession of a firearm repeat offender; 1 count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence repeat offender

* Leonard Augustine Morin – Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver repeat offender

* Fletcher Liggin aka Fletcher Nathaniel Liggin – Evading arrest prior conviction, state jail felony enhancement

* Jason Lee Williams – 2 counts of burglary of a habitation, disaster area enhancement repeat offender; 1 count of criminal mischief

* Vanessa Schultz Lewis aka Vanessa Simmons—Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Travis Allen Martin Blackstock—Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Tasha Renee Benavidez—Possession of a controlled substance drug free zone

* Gilbert Flores Jr. – 1 count of possession of a controlled substance drug free zone; 1 count of unauthorized use of a vehicle state jail felony enhancement

* Nacoma Ray Davis – Injury to elderly individual

* Tyler Ray Glass – Burglary of a building, disaster area enhancement

* Luke Reece Hopkins – 1 count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver repeat/habitual offender; 1 count of evading arrest prior conviction, state jail felony enhancement

* Jasmine Hailey Tumminello—Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Michael Lee Sproles—Possession of a controlled substance drug free zone

* Joefty Lopez-Rodriguez – 1 count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; 1 count of CT I-II: deadly conduct
