Brownwood News – A T-Mobile store will be coming to Brownwood soon. The former Kwik Pantry building at 303 West Commerce has been sold to Legacy Alliance Holdings, of Addison, Texas. According to Brent Moseley of Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, who handled the transaction, Legacy plans to lease the building to T-Mobile, who will put in a store that sells cell phones, tablets, smart watches, etc., as well as cell phone service plans.
According to their web site, Legacy Alliance Holdings specializes in the development of multi-family residential and retail properties. Their firm incorporates extensive market research, feasibility analysis, project development, and management systems.
T-Mobile is a subsidiary of the German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom AG. T-Mobile merged with Sprint on April 1, 2020, to create the second largest wireless network in the United States, serving over 95 million customers, and reaching 98% of Americans. The T-Mobile web site claims the largest 5G network in the U.S.
The new T-Mobile store plans to be open by late November of this year.
