Brownwood News – On Saturday, June 6, the Martin and Frances Lehnis Railroad Museum will open to the public for its first Family Day in two and half months.
Family Day Saturday will include reduced admission, at $2 per person with ages 4 and under being Free, and a bubble wrap stomping party. Children will be given sheets of bubble wrap to let off a little steam. The mini train will be running its new outer loop layout at $2 a ride per person.
For the safety of visitors and museum staff, there will be hand sanitizer available throughout the museum, staff will be required to wear a mask, social distancing practices will be encouraged, and a new “guided” tour path has been established.
