Post Malone fans expressed concern for the rapper’s well-being after performance videos from the second leg of his Runaway Tour began circulating on social media. In them, Posty was slurring his words, rolling his eyes back and stumbling onstage among other things. After fans pleaded with the rapper on social media to get help and speculating that he may have a substance abuse problem, Post has addressed the claims from the stage of his latest tour stop.

Post Malone took to the stage at the FedExForum in Memphis, directly addressing the fan concern and claims he was taking drugs: “I’m not on drugs, and I feel the best I’ve ever fucking felt in my life,” he says to the crowd. “And that’s why I can bust my ass for these shows and fucking fall on the floor and do all that fun shit. But for anybody that’s concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel fucking fantastic and I’m not doing drugs.”

Post Malone has been out in support of his latest album Hollywood’s Bleeding with plans to have another album out this year. The Runaway Tour continues today at Houston’s Toyota Center with Swae Lee and Tyla Yaweh. Tickets are available here.
