Damon was born on October 7, 1974, to William Lewis Wells and Sammie (Polk) Wells in Hobbs, New Mexico. He graduated from Lovington High School Class of ’93. Most all of his caregivers became close friends with him. Damon loved people; he was always willing to help someone in need.
