Jennifer McKee, 46, of Brownwood, Texas, born January 20th, 1971; has gone to rest with our lord. She is preceded in death by father Mick L. McKee and grandparents Mary and Charles Ratliff and Rebecca McKee. Jennifer is survived by her children Jacklyn Carson and husband Jonathon Carson of Anchorage, AK, Mark Gongora and wife Hailey Gongora of Fort Worth, TX, and Danielle Smith and husband Bobby Smith of Sallisaw, OK; mother Cheryl Bourland and husband Jackie Bourland of Fort Worth, TX; brothers and sister Tracey McKee of Brownwood, TX, Mick McKee Jr. and wife Stephanie McKee of Coleman, TX, Danny McKee of Brownwood, TX; and grandchildren Grayson and Bailey Smith and Trey and Emma Gongora; and 10 nieces and nephews.

She was a beauty of the rarest form, but to know Jen she would never believe that. She shined from within and we were blessed to have her for the short time this world allowed. We all wanted to grow old with her, but she was taken from us too soon in a motorcycle accident. She was the kindest and most generous soul to anyone in need and had so much love to give. Jennifer was the tie that bound us and the woman that inspires us.

Years will go by but you will always be in our hearts and on our minds. You were all woman with a little girl’s soul. You are now free to run, jump, play, and do your carefree Jen dance. Continue shining your light on all of us. We love you, we will miss you forever, we will never forget you.

Jennifers family will receive friends on Monday, November 13th, from 6 pm-8 pm at Heartland Funeral Home in Early, Texas and her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 14th, at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Grosvenor, TX.
