High school students will be able to shop at no cost for a prom dress. In order to stock their store, the social club is reaching out to the community for new or gently worn prom dresses and formal gowns.
“We are asking for people to donate prom dresses so that local girls can get a dress if they cannot afford one,” said Karina Garcia, a member of the university’s Social Work Club.
Anyone wishing to donate may contact coordinators at 254-433-0242 or 325-430-3488.
