Back again by popular request, the Empty Bowls Project will have a live auction for bowls painted by local celebrities.
“Last year’s celebrity auction was so much fun, we didn’t even consider not doing it again,” said Leesa Stephens, Executive Director for Good Samaritan Ministries. “We are very excited about our celebrities this year, and it sounds like some real competition is brewing. Everyone wants to make sure their bowl brings in more than anyone else’s.”
The auction will be held around 6 p.m., on Thursday, during the Empty Bowls event. Cash, check, or charge payments will be accepted.
