Andrew Jay Perez, age 31, of San Angelo formerly of Brownwood passed away Monday, October, 17, 2016 in San Angelo.
Funeral Services for Andrew will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016, at St. Mary’s Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Francis Njoku officiating; burial will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery. Rosary will be held Friday evening at 5:00 p.m. with visitation from 6-7 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
Andrew was born on June 5, 1985, to Arthur and Virginia (Hernandez) Perez in Brownwood, along with his twin brother, Abel. Andrew graduated from Brookesmith High School in 2003. Andrew worked for Elite Auto Movers.
Andrew loved watching football, but most of all the Philadelphia Eagles. He had an infectious smile and contagious laugh. He loved spending time with his family. Andrew was a family man, he loved his children more than anything; they were his world.
Andrew leaves behind to cherish his memories his children, Adrian and Reynabella Perez; brothers, Abel Perez and wife Jennifer of Brownwood and Adam Perez of Brownwood; sisters, Monica Perez and Sylvia Perez both of Brownwood; father, Arthur Perez of Temple; maternal grandmother, Margaret Hernandez of Brownwood; and paternal grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Perez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Perez; and maternal grandfather, Alfonzo Hernandez.
