Wednesday, January 13
*5:42 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Main Street regarding theft. According to the report, over $700 in cash had been stolen from the business.
Monday, January 18
*12:41 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the area of Booker and Gill Streets regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, during the investigation, the complainant identified a possible suspect. The suspect stated that he was being harassed by the complainant, the report states.
Tuesday, January 19
*2:30 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding debit/credit card abuse. According to the report, no arrests were made at the time of the report.
*4:00 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Cherokee Drive regarding trespassing. The deputy spoke with the caller who advised the person who was trespassing had a criminal trespass warning for his property, the report states. The deputy also spoke with the suspect and a witness.
*6:01 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding fraud. According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had used his name to open a telecommunications account in the complainant’s name.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Regina Kay Browning of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old Jay Parker Doelling of Zephyr on two warrants related to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Regina Yvonne Holmes of Bangs on a warrant related to violate promise to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Clyde Frank Morgan III of Brownwood on warrants related to class C theft and burglary of a habitation. Morgan was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Tonya Denise Walters of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/tamper or fabricate physical evidence with intent. Walters was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 as of Wednesday morning.

*Early Police arrested 53-year-old Kyle Ray Couch of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/without financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, defective headlamp, and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
