*8:25 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of 1st Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a suspect was identified and an incident of assault and burglary were documented, the report states.
*12:22 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3400 block of US Hwy 377 South regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, the back passenger door of an SUV had been damaged in the incident.
*12:47 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who stated that during a verbal altercation with a subject, another known suspect kicked in the front door of a residence. This caused the door to strike the complainant in the nose resulting in bleeding and pain. The complainant did not wish to file charges; however, the incident was documented.
*1:43 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Waco Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle. The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.
*1:53 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of a runaway juvenile.
*4:35 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Good Shepherd regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, no suspects were located at the time of the report and no items were found to be missing from the residence.
*6:33 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding the violation of a protective order. According to the report, the victim’s ex-husband had contacted her via email and through iCloud.
*10:47 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on N. Highway 183 regarding an assault and domestic disturbance. This call led to the arrest of 24-year-old Jacob Dean Curry of Early for assault family violence/impede airway and interfering with emergency request for assistance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Jessica Lynn Walston Goodwin on warrants related to two counts of manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Goodwin was released on bonds totaling $40,000.
*34-year-old Charles Leonard Sallee of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to engage in organized criminal activity.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Joseph Ryan Womack of Brownwood on warrants related to two counts of manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Womack was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $50,000 as of Thursday morning.
