Monday, December 14
*3:32 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of 13th Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, this call led to an arrest for assault with injury family violence. The victim suffered scratches to her face, the report states.
Tuesday, December 15
*5:20 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of 13th Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 35-year-old Timothy Jason Knox for assault with injury family violence by strangulation.
*6:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of Coggin and 1st Street regarding an assault. According to the report, the victim stated that a male and female pulled up beside him in a pickup truck as he was walking on the street and the male suspect allegedly punched him on the left side of his face. Suspect information was limited, according to police.
*9:45 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of 13th Street regarding an unwanted person. According to the report, the complainant/victim stated he had been assaulted by a known subject who had left the scene. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*9:57 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of 6th Street regarding a follow up on an assault family violence case. According to the report, after an investigation three possible suspects were determined.
*Early Police arrested 18-year-old Caleb Crouch of Early for assault causes injury family violence and public intoxication and on an active warrant related to public intoxication.
* Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Jerry Wayne Kile, Jr. on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal for possession of a firearm by felon. Kile was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Kelly Tatiana Robles of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a warrant related to engaging in organized criminal activity.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Stacey Raquel Ruiz of Brownwood on a warrant related to motions to adjudicate on two counts of fraud. Ruiz was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Pamela Gayle White of Bangs on a warrant related to delivery of a controlled substance. White was released on $15,000 bond.
Wednesday, December 16
*1:21 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence FM 45 East in Brownwood, regarding suspicious activity. The complainant stated that an unknown male attempted to break into the residence. A report for criminal mischief greater than $100 less than $750 was taken.
