Keep Brownwood Beautiful recently held a planting at the Martin Luther King, Jr. plaza at the corner of Austin Avenue and Commerce Street to help beautify this high traffic area.
KBB is a non-profit community organization open to the public to help residents “take responsibility” for their community in beautification as well as environmental projects. The group often participates in beautification projects such as the planting of flowerbeds across the city and hosts recycling events often.
