Monday, December 8
*8:42 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched regarding illegal dumping at the BNSF Rail Yard. According to the report, the deputy observed a green Arctic Cat 4-wheeler lying on its side next to a scrap metal bin. The yard foreman stated he discovered the ATV at the yard that morning, the report states. A check of the vehicle’s VIN produced no ownership record, and there is no record of this vehicle being stolen, the deputy reported. The vehicle was impounded and is secured at the BCSO secure storage.
*8:59 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the 7800 block of Blarney Drive in reference to the theft of a trailer. According to the report, the complainant stated she observed 2 white males removing her trailer from her property, shortly before she contacted law enforcement. The trailer was valued at $2,000.00, the report states. No suspect information was available at the time of this report.
*10:10 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3400 block of 4th Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the tires of the caller’s vehicle had been cut sometime the previous night.
*12:11 PM –Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the May Housing Authority in reference to an unwanted person. According to the report, a female on scene advised me she worked for the property manager, who wanted the unwanted male subject trespassed from the property. The male was later located and served with a criminal trespass warning, the report states.
*5:53 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1600 block of Avenue E regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant advised the officer she a friend took some money from her after she was struck in the face. It was determined that the offense committed was a robbery, according to police. The complainant stated that she wished to pursue charges, according to the report.
*6:08 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood business in reference to an alleged sexual assault outcry. The complainant advised the officer that a juvenile that she is counseling informed her of a sexual assault that took place several years ago.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Chasity Rose Allison of Magnolia, Texas on warrants related to obstruction or retaliation and a surety withdrawal for delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 in a drug free zone. Allison was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $80,000 as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rosa Isaela Cortez on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Cortez was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $60,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 25-year-old Breanne Nicholle Jones of Brownwood for warrants related to driving while license invalid and expired registration.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Jessica McPherron for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.
*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Fernando Aguirre Narvaez of Brownwood on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Narvaez was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Jared Courtney South of Abilene on a warrant related to failure to appear/evading arrest. South was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $30,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
Tuesday, December 9
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Jonathan Michael Evett of Comanche on a Lubbock County warrant for motion to revoke/child support.
*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Tristan Kyle Sudderth of Brownwood on a warrant related to improper photo/video.
