Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
Monday, November 3
*11:21 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of N. Main Street regarding theft. According to the report, the owner advised that property had been stolen from outside of the business over the weekend. Further investigation is pending, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputies and investigators served a search warrant on a home for four wanted individuals Monday afternoon. According to BCSO officials, 27-year-old Delories Berry Barnett of Brownwood, 38-year-old Roger Lynn Camp of Bangs, 36-year-old Jessie Wayne Crouch II of Brownwood, and 34-year-old Sunshine Sliger Dudley of Blanket were arrested on drug related charges as a result of the warrant service. Barnett and Camp were each arrested on charges of manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams in a drug free zone. Crouch and Dudley were each arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*9:04 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Penn Street regarding a domestic disturbance. The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Trequawin Elijah Rasha Edwards of Brownwood on warrants related to motion to adjudicate two counts of assault of a child and motion to adjudicate two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Edwards was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $70,000 bonds.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Tamara Dawn Hopkins of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated blood alcohol equal or greater than 0.15.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55-year-old Timmie Dale Puckett of Santa Anna on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated 2nd.
*Early Police arrested 66-year-old Ann Catherine Southerland of May for driving while intoxicated.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Michael John Zarate of Brownwood on warrants related to surety withdrawals related to sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. Zarate is being held in the Brown County Jail on bonds totaling $50,000.
Tuesday, November 4
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of approximately $1500 of tools from the complainant’s son’s residence. He is currently incarcerated and the tools were supposed to be taken to the complainant to be given to her grandson when he got older, the report states.
