The Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies® announced today they have received the “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in Texas” according to the recently released J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Auto Insurance StudySM. This is the third consecutive year Texas Farm Bureau Insurance has received an award from J.D. Power for auto insurance customer satisfaction.

Texas Farm Bureau Insurance received a score of 852 out of a possible 1,000 points. The J.D. Power study measures customer satisfaction across five factors: interaction; price; policy offerings; billing and payment; and claims.
