Doug Will to speak at Early Chamber Luncheon Friday, July 26th

DougWillThe Early Chamber of Commerce will host their monthly luncheon on Friday, July 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Prima Pasta Italian Restaurant.

Guest speaker will be Doug Will with the topic “Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude.”

Will is the founder and President of Willco Training & Consulting and a certified trainer and Strategic Partner of 360 Solutions.  Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Willco Training & Consulting helps companies and organizations with all of their employee training needs to include: Sales training, Supervisory skills and overall Management skills.  He is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University with a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Secondary Education and has an extensive and broad-based background in Sales, Marketing and Business Management.

During his 38 years of work experiences, Doug has had a variety of sales positions in the “service industry” as well as marketing and high level management experience.  Training and coaching people has always been a big part of Doug’s career and that exposure spanned all levels of employees.

Will has positively impacted the management of people and companies across the country.  An energetic and motivational speaker and insightful business consultant, Doug is also characterized by his family, friends and clients as compassionate, innovative and hands-on.  He has a unique gift to speak from the heart with a sense of warmth, while engaging as if he were talking to old friends.  Doug’s exposure to business and life experiences, positions him to provide “value added” training for all levels of people.
