Memorial services for Marty Pinson, 55, of Early, will be held at 6 PM on Friday, February 17, in the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Slaymaker officiating.

Mr. Pinson died on Friday, February 10, 2012, at his home in Early.  

Martin Hugh Pinson was born on October 12, 1956, in Brownwood , Texas to Cotton Pinson and Cleva Marie Harding Pinson. He was a lifelong resident of Brown County and had worked in Maintenance for the Santa Fe Railroad and TX-DOT. Marty enjoyed garage sales, flea markets, antiquing and playing bingo in his spare time.    

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Debbie Buchanan of Abilene , Sue Gosnell of Cisco, Gerretta Williams of Lake Brownwood ; two step-children, Michelle and Leon; several nieces and nephews and a whole herd of friends.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents.
