Lady Lions place 3rd in the Lampasas Girls golf tournament on Friday, February 12. The tournament was originally scheduled for Thursday and was changed due to the weather, but conditions were still very cold and very wet.
“I am really proud of the girls they never complain no matter how bad the conditions,” said golf coach Laura Martin. “Our last two tournaments the courses have been extremely saturated. Hopefully this week will be better. We are playing in Waco at Cottonwood Creek G.C. on Wednesday.”
